TMS Contractors - Design Build
Designer for Design-build contract. I provided design drawings and all the construction details for two prototype facilities in Houston Texas that where built out of shipping containers.

Med Park| With Urban Loft Townhomes
Designed a planned a community for 420 Townhomes with water features and green space amenities. I worked closely with Environmental, Civil, Traffic, Surveyor, Utility Company and City. The development was to be on the largest vacant lot of land in the Medical center. The plan developed phasing and provided ready to build lots to other builders that would participate in the development.

Studies for Wood Spring Suites
Designed and Planed an extended stay motel using shipping containers on a real site. The challenge was not only to use shipping containers effectively but to lay out pre-finished units that would facilitate hook-up to utilities.

Mainly provided support during design development by providing graphics and renderings for Saint Anthony’s Catholic School in Columbus Texas.

MD Anderson Site Studies Vaughn Const.
I provided graphical support and conceptual design for the new Mental Health Science Building for M. D. Anderson in the Medical Center.

CMA Tower in Saudi Arabia
and Revit Model Apache Oil Co. Headquarters
While with HOK in Houston Texas, I provided technical design support for the shell of the CMA Tower. DD's

Optimized Site Plan to increase sq.ft. of Building and Designed Building Exterior options while taking into account Budget Constraints.

Uptown North | With Urban Loft Townhomes
Designed a planned a community for 90 fee simple new custom Townhomes. The project included a public road for lot optimization. I coordinated between public and private utilities. The long entrance to the site provided an opportunity to add a water feature which created a unique approach to the development.
